The service from the crew and owner is fabulous. The owner shows up on site many times to make sure that the work is perfect. He quickly responds to requests or schedule changes. As well, if you have a special request, he makes sure it gets done right. One time the crew accidentally sucked my phone charger into the vacuum. Ray called me and let me know what happened. He replaced the charger that day with no hassle on my end. Recently I put my house on the market. I asked Ray to please have his crew do the cleaning before we started showing. The house was emmaculate. He came to the house to make sure everything was perfect before his crew left. I didn't have to worry about a thing and the house got great feedback from potential buyers on how well it showed!

Home Cleaning Rates

We are licensed, bonded and fully insured, including Workman’s Compensation. Our cleaning rates are as follows (per labor hour):

Initial and one time: $35.00 per hour, per person

Monthly Service: $32.00 per hour, per person

Bi-weekly: $30.00 per hour, per person

Weekly: $28.00 per hour, per person

Note: For efficiency, we have a team of 4 persons per job

The time it takes to clean your home/office will depend on several variables:

The size of your home
If and when you have had professional cleaning in the past
The number of people that live/work in the space
Whether pets occupy the space
Whether children occupy the space
How many things you own (things take time!)
Cleanliness at time of arrival
